Negative: I didn’t like how the remodeled rooms didn’t have the couches .. they are nice to have but it still was a nice comfortable room

Positive: The hostess, Christine, was amazing. We arrived on a cold and rainy day and the room was cold, with air blowing out of the heater system. No Heat! I repeated this experience to Christine. Rather than call an engineer, she promptly went with me to the room to see if she could get the system to work. Alas, we all agreed it was broken. She then opened up an adjoining room and tested that heater. It Worked! She suggested that we move to that room. We chose to leave the joining door open. She was so kind and helpful to make our stay a rewarding experience. We are grateful that she was on duty that day. Helpful and kind hostesses are a remarkable addition to any organization. Holiday Inn is lucky to have folks like her as their representatives.

Positive: Clean, comfortable bed. Great location directly off 81. Big indoor pool, bar/restaurant available. Best part- lots of pillows. There are some attaching rooms.Excellent customer service at front desk!

Negative: Very thin walls. We had noisy, late night partying neighbors so that stood out. Windows into hallway let in light. Door to bathroom is frosted (you can see a silhouette of inside)- not very private. Also bathroom door is a barn slider with huge gaps on each side. Strange triangular shape to the hotel and rooms separated by even and odd hallways. Rooms are very far from elevator!

Summary: Ok for one night, not much privacy
