Summary: Great hotel. We did have 1 problem with the room, the ac was not working properly. The front desk clerk was quick to give us a different room and that rooms ac was working great. It was definitely 5 star service!

Summary: It was a pleasant 4-day stay the Personnel were courteous and professional the only issue we had was the shower clogging and they were on it Johnny on the spot within 5 minutes someone was there looking at it left got tools and was done within 30 minutes fastest I've ever seen a service call answered. Good job IHG.
