Summary: We usually enjoy our stay here, but this time we had some mishaps. The pool area was filthy. The room was not as clean as usual, and there was a water leak in our shower from, what I'm assuming was, the room above. Leaked all night, forming a bubble in the ceiling. Called front desk, informed them of what was happening and that we were afraid to shower as the majority of the water was leaking from the light fixture in the shower. They said "Oh. We'll look into it after your checkout."

Summary: Hotel is perfect, love their complimentary hours on the afternoon. Went for an early anniversary trip. After a quick trip to the store came back to our room to a complimentary fruit and crackers plate and champagne.

Summary: We had to call the front desk often due to the lack of commodities. The phones to call the hotel were dated and the labels directing which line lead to which service of the hotel was a guessing game, leading to transfers from service to service. Ice machine information came directly from the front desk and there were no signs indicating where it would be available for guests. The shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner were practically almost empty after first use. The toilet was clogged from the previous guests. Lighting and TV options in the room were limited (TV did not allow bluetooth to connect Netflix or Youtube). Otherwise, all of those things that weren’t favorable are mostly fast fixes and the bed was comfortable enough for a night and the water shower pressure was nice. For future guests, I’d recommend to please at least add an information card on which phone line leads to where and where the basic services like ice machines are in each room.

Summary: Stayed here several times. Our staycation. I have loved the breakfast and manager's evening reception. Main reasons I stayed here. Was disappointed in both though this time around. My daughter loves the muffins. First day was only one kind of muffin (plain muffin). Second day no muffins at all. Manager's reception did not have a dessert the first day of our stay. It was disappointed since we only stay here a few nights a year. This is our treat and we always want to come to the same experience that we've had before. This time was not the case.
