Positive: Simple, clean, perfect budget hotel and staff were excellent

Negative: Room a bit cold, air con worked on cold but not warm but was pleasant enough

Positive: I love the location, public areas and room was very clean

Negative: I was very disappointed with my stay this time. Cleaners didn't leave me any coffee or milk, had to go down to reception to get some, also towels, took dirty out but not replaced. There was no marmalade for toast , sausages were pink in middle, not cooked properly. Holiday Inn, please retrain your staff, I love this hotel but it happens again won't be using you , will go to your revivals, PI.

Positive: The staff, clean room and location.

Negative: Tv picture not working. Only cold water available in the spa showers. spa closed early on Saturday evening. after a full day’s sightseeing and shattered, in the evening we had no spa and no tv, which was very disappointing.

Summary: Okay, but check what other places are available, that are better maintained.
