Summary: The room was clean. Had a slightly dated feel. But the bathroom shower was redone. We didn’t use laundry. House cleaning was available daily. The was a nice bar/lounge/food on site with live music the whole weekend. The lobby was renovated and had a coffee bar. The staff were all friendly.

Summary: The hotel was nice and clean, the free shuttle service to downtown was super convenient, and all of the employees were super nice! Will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Nashville!

Summary: The room smelled a little "musty", but not bad....the water pressure was not overly good....but otherwise, things went well. The staff was very friendly.

Summary: We had a nice stay. The location is amazing. There were some yellow stains on our room ceiling that were not pleasant to look at (room 523). Our bathroom was tiny which was a bit disappointing for having a king room. But overall, it's a friendly and comfortable property with great location. Lobby has some nice aspects to it, and the pool was nice.

Summary: I was there to stay after a medical procedure. The staff offered me a wheelchair and a stool to help me get into the bed. They were especially kind and I appreciate them all.
