Summary: The mattresses were nasty. They need to be cleaned. The air doesn't work well on the 5th floor. We had to buy 2 fans.The internet not the bestest but other than that it was ok. Super nice staff.

Summary: they have 3 elevators in the hotel and only one working and you call the front desk and excuse was that manance was working went you have to wait half an hour or more for the elevator for the rest manor things like not to much towells in the room went we was 3 adults only one towel

Summary: Hotel staff does not enjoy interacting with the public. They do as little as possible. Three elevators in the hotel and only one was working. We waited 35 minutes to be able to go from the 9th floor to the lobby before we took the stairs with all of our luggage. There was what appeared to be a blood stain on the mattress cover under the fitted sheet on one of the queen beds. It looked like there was a leak that was apparently covered up in the ceiling above the shower and there was black mold under the caulking on the shower. You could hear every noise possible between walls and up and down the halls.

Summary: The cleanliness of the carpets in the room and outside could use some washing. No towels at pool area and only one elevator was working. Ice machines only the one on 8th and 10th floor worked. :[
