Summary: The keys did not work most of the time! When they said my room was ready, it wasn’t and they had to give me another room(the cleaning supervisor apologized)! The cleaners were nice and the security too! Overall, it was good and comfortable.

Summary: Short less than 8 hours. Appreciated the Holiday Inn ONLY shuttle to LAX. Many other hotels share shuttles, which means the shuttle that comes to your hotel may be full and one will have to wait. This happened to me. The Holiday Inn shuttle only serves that one Holiday Inn.

Summary: Shuttle was perfect room could have been cleaner stain on set of bed sheets.couple of item left in room. Lipstick and ear ring backing found in room.i feel room was not cleaned as thorough as it should have been . Biggest red flag were the condition of sheets on one of the beds.

Summary: I decent hotel for an overnight. Bed was comfortable. There were a few food options within a 10 minute walk. Breakfast was decent. However, there was no curtain on the shower. The while bathroom got flooded each time we showered. Also, the toilet ran the whole time. We informed the staff, but nothing was done about it.

Summary: Check-in staff felt very rushed, other than that a great overnight stay. Comfy clean bed, clean pool wasn’t crowded, ok restaurant and metro line within walking distance, and competent and courteous ride on the airport shuttle. Said we needed to be out front 40 minutes before needed to be at airport but was a shorter wait early morning.
