Summary: Needs two chairs in room.

Summary: Definitely could use some work. The air conditioner was not working when we arrived. We called down and were told someone would be right there. We called back about 10 mins later requesting a room change and were told to call back later. Maintenance eventually arrived and had to exchange the entire unit. The sink in the bathroom did not drain well so you had to keep turning the water on to flush the toothpaste down the drain. The vanity needed a good dusting at the base as did the door. The balcony was full of cobwebs and needed a good sweep. All in all not really worth the cost for one night. On a positive note, the breakfast was delicious. Plenty of variety and tasty.

Summary: The rooms were comfortable if somewhat dated. We loved our water-view balcony which provided for an excellent place to have my morning coffee. We enjoyed the gym and the pool looked nice (although we didn’t have a chance to check it out ourselves).

Summary: Overall a pretty dreadful hotel, the view is beautiful and kingston is a nice city to visit - however this place is old and leaky and dirty. When we arrived there was a flood on the second floor and towels had been placed around the elevator, a day later, it was still all flooded when we left and the whole hotel generally smelled musty. The rooms definitely need renovation. We came for the view, but our balcony was unuseable as it was so dirty and full of cobwebs and had clearly not been cleaned in several years. The sink and bath both barely drained and desperately needed to be renovated.

Summary: I paid $440 for this room. It was a special occasion and I splurged. I usually stay in $200 hotels Max. This was not a $440 hotel. The bathroom amenities were plain soap and shampoo and conditioner, nothing more. Cheap plastic water cup. The coffee maker was lacking options, 1 kind of plain coffee. The “partial city view” was all just parking lot. Absolutely nothing wrong, but not worth $440. It could have been a motel 6 off the highway.

Summary: The check in was amazing and the staff are fantastic. I was on the 4th floor and it smelled strongly of chlorine and when I got into my room, it smelled very much like body odour. The washroom was not clean either the shower stall still had a dirty glass.
