Negative: There not enough disabled parking spaces they need double what they have if you don't get in the 4 spaces you have a far way to walk from carpark

Positive: Warm friendly greeting by all staff on arrival and throughout our stay Spotless rooms Nice bathrooms with hot water at the ready Lovely breakfast good variety of choices which was plentiful Waitress always at the ready with tea coffee pots and clearing tables Super big spacious lounge areas with TV Bar (Dogs could sit in that area)Swimming pool brilliant for the 6 children Evening meal for 12 off us was lovely with not a long wait

Negative: The accessible room used for a wheelchair user was tight for room to manoeuvre Would have liked a double bed and felt discriminated as grandson had to sleep with us as told all accessible rooms only for 2 adults !? Bathroom could have done with a horizontal grab rail also Too warm in all 4 rooms at night for all of us (would not however put us off staying again) Not really a gripe but swimming lessons on so not much room to swim
