Summary: We were surprised by the size of the room on walking in however, we had no heating in the room so had to phone down and report it. We were given an electric heater immediately so we could get warm. The meal we had at our celebration was okay but prawn cocktails had hardly any sauce and were a bit dry! Our bed although when we initially tried it was reasonably comfortable on getting into bed that night the mattress was very uncomfortable with springs showing through and we were unable to get comfortable all night. Waking with very sore backs this morning.

Summary: Staff were friendly. Unfortunately there was a wedding on the night we stayed. I was tired after an eight hour drive. I used the pool and sauna, but unfortunately the jacuzzi and steam room were out of order. We went for a meal as it was included in the room rate. The menu available was severely reduced. The Breakfast /lunch bar menu plus a couple of specials. The service was very slow I think they forgot we were there. Food was ok, but I think the main course had sat out for a while. We went back to the room, and listened to the wedding disco until it finished at midnight.

Summary: Booked a double room, when we went to the room it was two single beds! Reception changed us to another room and the lights weren’t working, by this time I had had enough of running up and down the stairs (with pneumonia)!
