Positive: The room and shower were very spacious. Very comfortable beds. It was very clean. Good buffet breakfast with lots of options. The interiors looked a bit old and need to be renovated.

Negative: The staff speak little to no English, which we didn't expect since it's an international chain.

Positive: Clean and comfortable room

Negative: Requested taxis to the North train station. The guy at front office walked with us outside to help us. I showed him our train tickets that showed north but he told the taxi the south train station. We missed the train and had to fly to Shanghai at a 300 USD per person ticket and we were 10 people and not a refund for train ticket either.. Not acceptable ! We are formally complaining to their corporate office.

Positive: The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean, room service is very responsive when I asked for air purifier or mineral water they immediately send to my room, extremely helpful and prompt response! The place has its free self service laundry with detergent and dryers which is very practical for me who staying for a week, I can wash my clothes there. Hotel serves breakfast buffet albeit not many choices but taste good. Location is very strategic, train station and malls are adjacent to the hotel. Walking distance just next to the hotel. I will definitely come back again, thanks for the warm hospitality!

Negative: Nothingw, btw if can consider to provide lotion coz Xi'an weather is too dry.
