Summary: The hotel was clean. The bed was very uncomfortable to me. Hard as a rock. The screen in the window was so full of holes. I guess from a hail storm. Would have been nice to be told of this. Holiday Inn has tons of money, I’m sure they can replace screens. Doesn’t take much. Upon going to the Elevator on 3rd floor I noticed the cover off the Ice Machine. Brought it to the attention of 2 Desk Managers. Once within hours of arriving “was told they didn’t have a maintenance guy on staff and they would call someone” and once in check out. Was never fixed. Wide open, running with wires exposed. Nice lawsuit waiting to happen.

Summary: Quite a bit of exposed wiring in the gym… looking dangerous. Hot tub jets were broke and we called in advance to see if it worked. Desk receptionist Wes was wonderful. He said hot tub could be turned on if we come to the desk to ask but the girl who was on the night shift said she couldn’t turn it on. Room could have been cleaner.. A lot of bugs in the window sill and other small dirty details but nothing horrible. Breakfast was excellent!
