Summary: Room setting was nice and functional. Kudos to breakfast staff, exceptionally friendly! 4 star overall rating is because we did not get cleaning service even though we spent two nights there

Summary: The place is okay. It does not have the same holiday in express standards as others. Service was poor. They did not clean rooms and replenish for multi day stay. The breakfast was okay but the staff was in panic as they complained about management not refilling supply. Beds are poor in comfort and room is very small. Felt like motel bed and room. The rooms have bad odor from carpets and you can see fresh food stains. Weekend cleaning crew does not seem to do their job well or it maybe under staffed as we didn’t get our room cleaned and from the first day odor of carpets and food stains from previous party. It was not worth the price. Could had a better place for the amount spend.

Summary: Property in a business area surrounded by other hotels. Property is updated but areas that need touch up are visible. Overall condition good. This hotel brand is one of my regular go to choices when traveling.

Summary: The property was very nice and clean. Staff was professional and polite. The hotel location quiet and peaceful, the location also has restaurants and a Walmart nearby. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. I would come back again.
