Positive: We were able to check in early since we didn’t hit as much traffic as we thought coming from the distance. The staff was extremely friendly. It was quite busy since it was Thanksgiving weekend. . It was quite disturbing to hear the teenagers(about 10) running through the hotel at 8 PM at night and trashing the place. It wasn’t fair to the staff. They had an adorable hot cocoa bar that the teenagers literally destroyed. as a parent myself, I pride myself on teaching my children respecting other people‘s property. You did see the Parents was sitting around drinking in the breakfast area at 9 PM at night. Well, I completely understand. It was Thanksgiving weekend and it was probably some type of a family reunion. They really should respect that many people are there to relax. That being said, the hotel was perfect for our stay.

Negative: The unruly guests, but that is nothing to do with the hotel itself.

Negative: The service was very good. The lady at the kitchen was very nice and helpful. So did the staff on the front desk and lady’s that cleaned the room.
