Summary: This hotel is the cleanest Holiday Inn Express I've ever stayed in. Breakfast is real food and not just pre-packaged junk. Check-in was rough as they did not honor any of my requests about room location, preferred floor, etc. but otherwise it was a nice stay.

Summary: Friendly, fast and efficient front desk. Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, nice shower. The hvac unit worked quietly and no odd smells. All in all, it was a great overnight stay in Monroe. Fairly typical HI-Express breakfast with plenty of warm cinnamon rolls and good coffee.
