Summary: There were several what appeared to be homeless people sitting outside on the bench, and when I was walking in to take my personal items into my room, they were harassing me

Summary: Hotel was fine. Nothing special. Breakfast was a little better than I expected. But the amount of highway/road noise you get at night makes it nearly impossible to sleep. Rooms are poorly lit.

Summary: Very nice stay. Room was spacious and clean. Great place to relax in between visits to kings island. Breakfast was very good. Would definitely stay again!

Summary: Breakfast was great lots of hot options only complaint would be that the only fruit option was a banana. Beds and pillows were great. Pool was small but we had it to ourselves.

Summary: I have had a good experience. Check in was efficient. The room was spacious and quiet. The water heated up quickly. Water pressure was strong. I like the way they have soap dispensers now (and shampoo, conditioner and lotion dispensers) as opposed to soap bars which get single occupant uses and then thrown away before the next guest. This room does have ceramic floor tile that have popped loose near the water closet that must be fixed. Also a general comment, Holiday Inn Express’s do not have a fan in the bathrooms, rather only a vent. A running shower steams up the mirror immediately so it constantly needs to be wiped after a shower. The sink faucet is too close to the mirror so the mirror gets bumped sometimes when turning the faucet on/off.

Summary: It was a nice hotel. We had no problems at all!! Spacious room with comfy beds!! In the same parking lot as some restaurants. The breakfast was very yummy!!

Summary: Very average stay. As a young, female solo traveler I was a little off put by the door’s lock (Room 101). It was not centered correctly so it could have easily not worked. Other than that room was clean and spacious.

Summary: The window was leaking because it was raining outside. Hotel didn’t seem updated or even well maintained. The amount they charge for the room was very poor for the condition of the property.
