Create incredible memories with family and friends at our amenity packed home.
Inside is a brand new jumbo kitchen with huge dining room perfect for entertaining. Finished basement with full bath, bar and pool table. Three king bedrooms. Three TwinXL beds long enough for taller kids/adults. Bright new clean bathrooms, Jacuzzi tub.
Our privacy fenced in backyard has a pool, sunroom, and plenty of seating for everyone. A paved sidewalk takes you to your own 20x15 Basketball court.
Computer desk and chair in master bedroom for getting things done.

Summary: Our stay in Cincinnati was great. This house fit our group comfortably, was clean, and provided a lot of entertainment. The nearby park was a huge plus, and everything with check-in, check-out and communication was seemless.

Summary: The house was perfect for our large group. Our kids and grandkids came to Cincinnati to meet a new member of our family. The space was great! The kitchen was huge, we loved the sunroom, the beds were very comfortable, and the pool was used from morning to night! We would love to stay here again!

Summary: This property far, far exceeded our already high expectations. It was an ideal accommodation for a reunion of our family traveling from four different states. The photos and description are accurate. The house was clean, open, and spacious with plenty of comfortable seating. It seemed we discovered one unexpected amenity/provision or another throughout the weekend. Just a few examples: every room had suit case stands, there were MULTIPLE coffee/espresso machines, bedside tables with charger plugs, a wireless phone charging pad. Ben and Kate pretty much thought of everything to make our stay like home (I dare say, maybe even better than home). The location is unbeatable, SO close to many, many stores, restaurants, activities. We saw pickleball courts close by and looked for paddles at the house. Sure enough, there was equipment (of course there was! Ben and Kate seriously thought of everything).The pool was the perfect temperature and there were plenty of pool toys. The sunroom was awesome with a huge comfy couch and a dining table. Communication with Ben was very easy and he was immediately responsive. We got in early and he said we could check in even though they were still finishing up some preparations, so we had an opportunity to meet him when we showed up. Highly, highly recommend this home! Thank you Ben and Kate for offering your gorgeous home. It was the perfect setting for our family gathering and truly enhanced our time together!
