Summary: Nice hotel but not up to normal Holiday Inn standards. Needs updating but clean and comfortable.

Summary: We came in town for a college visit and spent 2 nights. 1st night our toilet wasnt working and neither was the TV. The staff was very nice, put in a maintenance not for the toilet and got the TV on but it would only show ESPN no other channels. Toilet was fixed the next morning. The cleaning service came in and made the beds but didn't switch any linens or towels. Overall the staff is great, the hotel feels old. Probably will look into other places to stay next time

Summary: After paying for my room when I booked it, I was still required to pay an additional $20 on arrival. It would have been nice to have this information ahead of time. However the front desk staff was excellent.

Summary: The room was clean and well stocked with towels, shampoo and body wash. There was an in-room microwave and fridge. I was extremely disappointed to discover that the pool and hot tub were both out of service when I checked in. I made a concerted effort to book a hotel with a nice pool, which my kids were very excited about. I booked the room on hotels.com and the property gave zero indication that the pool wasn’t available. Had I known I would have booked elsewhere. The property gave zero consolation and wasn’t even apologetic that (a) it wasn’t available or (b) that my kids were upset.

Summary: Lobby and staff were friendly, we utilized the dining area and staff was accomodating. Pool was outbofvorder due to frozen pipes. We stayed in a king size room. The mattress was very uncomfortable. Hotel should look at updatiing mattress.

Summary: We stay at Holiday Inn Expeess hotels all of the time and they’re usually awesome but this one definitely is not. We checked in to the hotel during after a snowstorm expecting to be able to use the pool that is advertised and lo and behold, it’s closed….no notification to let us know, no money off of our stay, just “I’m sorry”. It’s a very old looking hotel and was definitely not worth the $175/night I had to pay.

Summary: The only down fall was that the pool heater was broke and the heat to the room the pool was in was also broke. It was a blizzard outside. Children couldn’t enjoy the pool.
