Positive: The location was great! Surrounded by restaurants and store.

Negative: I didn't like the fact that it wasn't really clean. There were footprints in the bathroom.

Summary: It was doable for one night.

Positive: The staff were friendly and helpful. They were always willing to address our needs.

Negative: The bathroom door wouldn't close. Had to ask for a blow dryer for the bathroom. The lounge chair was not comfortable. Suggest a better chair that was comfortable.. Had to ask for more pillows so we could prop up in bed to get a comfortable sitting place. There were black beetles all over the room and in the bathroom and spiders in the corners building nests.

Summary: It was fair, Could have more comfortable chairs to lounge in. Make sure the bathroom door closes.

Positive: The breakfast was decent.

Negative: The door labeled exit would not open as should. We were told to exit thru the stairwell (meaning exit through two more doors). The stairwell was being renovated and there was drywall nearly blocking that exit. We could use this exit to enter, but the carpet was also loose resulting in a tripping hazard. Also, we reserved this property because of the pool. It was not open, yet was not transparent about that amenity on booking. The hot water in the breakfast room came out dingy brown, not clear. The juice was watered down. The extra lock on the door in our room was broken. There is dry cement in the hallway. Probably one of the worst locations we’ve reserved thru booking.

Summary: We will not be back to this location!
