Positive: Good breakfast to start the day, bedrooms were big and clean. Front desk open all the time; Posssible to store suitcases

Negative: To far to the subway to go to NY big budget in transporation and also you need to add time on your plans at least 2H per day

Positive: Huge rooms, comfortable beds, city view, amazing variety at breakfast. Roxanne on reception was amazing. She gave us instructions on how to use the local trains to get into Manhattan which were spot on. This hotel was absolutely perfect.

Positive: Staff were very helpful. Breakfast is basic but enough choice to start your day with an excellent meal. Roxanne was really helpful. My first room was too noisy, so she helped me find a much better room.

Negative: Cleaning staff doesn't speak English. It would be good if you can talk to them. Elevator floors could use some renovation.

Positive: The breakfast was continental style and included pancakes, pastries, bagels, yoghurts, good amount of spreads, cereal, fresh coffee, sausages/eggs and a variety of juice. Unfortunately, the water dispenser was not working during our stay but the rest was great.

Negative: Functioning water dispenser

Summary: The rooms were very clean, the housekeeping staff did an amazing job while restocking and cleaning

Positive: This is a great hotel in Jersey City, which is very well connected to Manhattan via the PATH train. It's a 10-15 minute walk from the station to the hotel. The trains run regularly, every 5-10 minutes, to downtown Manhattan or the World Trade Center, with both rides taking about 10 minutes. The trains weren't crowded. The hotel itself is clean and pleasant. The rooms are relatively spacious and warm. A very nice breakfast is included in the price. Excellent value for money.
