Positive: Straight forward the responsiveness and support from host is amazing! Close to ferry stations and not too far from city in case Uber is needed. The house is equipped with everything you need (even a Cuban coffee maker, gold) it’s cozy and there’s plenty of room in bedrooms. Close to a little market with groceries and again, house has absolutely everything, from little oven to waffle maker.

Summary: Great place for a family stay, spacious, convenient and cozy.

Positive: I've made this reservation for two senior uncles of mine. Asked the host, Jordan, if he could give them information about the facilities around the appartment, like shops, nearest public transport and how to get to Manhattan. Jordan was very helpful, awaited my uncles for their check-in and gave all the information they needed. According to my uncles the apartment was very good, lots of space, clean and all facilities where there for them to use. Everything was within walking distance. They could not be more content with their stay and with Jordan!

Positive: every thing was excellent, from location to cleanliness, facilities and property furnishings. It was street level so access was particularly easy, as we had old family members and heavy luggage.

Negative: nothing I can think of !

Summary: Great Example of hosting , affordable luxury, convenience and comfort.

Positive: Good location without the huge expense of being on Manhattan Island. We caught an Uber to and from Grove st station each day and trained to Manhattan from there. Lots of little amenities made available - toilet paper, body wash, shampoo & conditioner, lots of towels etc. Makes the difference when travelling.

Negative: Nothing really important.

Summary: Good location, good value for money.
