Summary: Immaculate hotel, friendly and welcoming staff - rooms are spacious. Breakfast was great, staff were attentive to the breakfast area keeping it well stocked and clean - variety of choices each morning. My kids loved the swimming pool as well.

Summary: Our stay was good. Front desk employees awesome. Lady over the breakfast no so awesome. A little on the rude side and seem to not know the definition of customer service.

Summary: Everything was great but the lady at the front desk was very rude. She was not personable at all. When you would walk by her she would not even look at you or greet you. Not acknowledge you at all. I did not like that. You need to get someone that smiles and talks, which makes for great customer service. Have to say the gentleman that worked the afternoon before was wonderful. He let me know everything I needed to know and small chit chat. Makes a difference.......

Summary: The person that checked my daughter in didn't seem to understand what a "tub" was. Also putting someone in a room on the ground floor next to the elevator with two small dogs didn't seem to register as a bad idea.
