Positive: Leyna at front desk knew the best place to get a late dinner. She was awesome both times I have stayed at this location.

Negative: I have no issues because everyone is so friendly, room is clean and quiet.

Positive: The staff were exceptionally kind, especially Leyna, who checked me in. The bed was comfortable and ample pillows and bedding were provided. Other than the bathroom everything was clean and the hotel itself even smelled and looked clean when walking in.

Negative: My biggest issue was with the bathroom. The handicap accessible handheld sprayer did not work, which I didn’t know until after I got wet in the shower. Thankfully I am not in a wheelchair, or that would’ve been very bad. I have balance issues so require a bar and a bench and both those things worked fine and were sturdy, The handle on the toilet was very loose and it did work but occasionally the toilet would run. The light and wiring over the shower was exposed, like it was unfinished maybe. There was no fixture. The conditioner provided was so old is was separated and clumpy. There was a mildew like smell in the bathroom but unsure where it was coming from, I didn’t see any. If we had been staying for more than just a quick overnight sleep, I would’ve requested another room.
