Positive: The breakfast was above and beyond what I'd expect from a Holiday Inn Express. Multiple good hot options (cheese omelet, egg white veggie omelet, potatoes, bacon, sausage, etc.), Chobani instead of the typical sugary watery yogurt. The hotel is nice and affordable, but the breakfast is better than average.

Negative: We emails ahead of time to do early check in and the person I spoke to said that would be fine and we could check in at 12. We arrived at 12 and we told our room wouldnt be ready until 3:00. So we had no place to go while we waited for our room. Then we went to use the hot tub and it was freezing. Th pool and hot tub were disgusting looking. The elevator floor was dirty for 2 days
