Summary: Very clean room, nice bed and quiet area

Summary: The day time front end staff was so kind and a pleasure to speak to, the late night staff did not know what certain things were and seemed rude when you asked questions. House keeping was excellent, but we did find a lot of small ants found their way to our room and in the dining area during breakfast. Over all a great stay otherwise!

Summary: Everything as usual with the Holiday Inn brand was amazing. Clean rooms, great staff, excellent breakfast best stays always never fails to have a wonferful experience.

Summary: Hotel is clean, but could use some minor touch-ups! The front desk check-in staff is wonderful! Only small issue is that the ice machine did not work on our floor. Breakfast buffet has many options. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Check-in was smooth, though I was a bit confused about where my room was since the hotel has two separate tower sections—mine ended up being toward the back. When I first entered the room, there was a musty odor, almost like damp laundry. I was also assigned a room near the elevator, which made it noisy at night. If you’re not an early riser, you’ll likely hear guests coming and going, along with kids running through the halls. I was woken up a few times by loud bangs in the middle of the night. I also wish the pool and hot tub stayed open later in the evening for adults only, since during the day they were consistently crowded with children until closing at 9 p.m. Overall, my stay was just average.

Summary: It was overall good. There were ALOT of kids. Which is fine come from a mother of five daughters and now eight grandchildren. But with that being said at a certain time in the evening and at night, it’s time to settle the kids down. Kids are running down the halls yelling and screaming at night and early in the morning that was a bit much. Breakfast should also be extended at least until 10 o’clock because if you’re on vacation having to be downstairs by nine before 9:30 is a lot the housekeeper was amazing.

Summary: The beds are worn completely so they have a permanent indention. The walls and floors are paper thin and automatic closers soak the doors shut. Kidsbrun wild at night. Screaming children at 5am.

Summary: Hotel was very clean and we really liked that our room was done up every day with beds made and fresh towels. We chose an ADA room because my hubby is in a wheelchair. He has MS. He can stand for a few seconds and transfer from his chair to another chair, bed, toilet, etc. He cannot stand long enough to shower. Apparently, ADA accessible does not mean accessible to all disabilities. Our bathroom had a bathtub shower with grab bars, but no shower bench. When I booked our room, the picture on the website of their ADA rooms showed a shower bench. When we expressed our concern that my husband had no way to shower, they apologized, but basically blamed me for booking the wrong room. I was hoping they would suggest a solution, like maybe using the open shower in the pool area after hours, but we were left to fend for ourselves. The breakfasts were very good and our room was always clean and fresh. There was also almost never anyone at the front desk. We always had to wait.

Summary: It was great, clean, great staff(helpful) breakfast was delicious. Very short drive to AC and many restaurants. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub just a little too much chlorine otherwise everything was great.
