Positive: Great value for money. Take an iron if you will need one. Complimentary breakfast was good, the staff were excellent and the rooms are lovely and warm, the bed could have been a bit softer and the pillows but possibly most people will like a firmer bed. Overall I cannot complain, I will be staying again when I come to visit my family

Negative: We stayed on the 3rd floor and could smell cigarette smoke on the corridor, this may be that the odour is stuck in the old carpets and could smell it in the room as well, although not as bad.

Positive: It was really quiet couldn't hear no noise from outside. The bed was comfortable.

Negative: Some of the other guests could hear loud door closings. The bathroom had a funky smell. There was no conditioner.
