Summary: Hotel was very nice and clean. Staff were friendly and responsive, and cleaning staff was great. The pool was nice and the complimentary breakfast might have been the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. Great value.

Summary: The toilet in our room didn’t flush when we got there. We asked for another room but the hotel was booked. The front desk person suggested to jiggle the inside of the toilet on our own. A maintenance person was never sent.

Summary: Overall a great stay for the price. Easy check in/out. Clean pool and room. Some issues with ants in the room and some things not working (TV, bathroom fan, pancake machine), but we also didn’t bring it up because we were only staying one night and it wasn’t too big of a deal. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Summary: Excellent service and consideration of my senior limitations both from the desk clerk and the shuttle driver. Both went beyond what was necessary. In the morning I asked for a late check out and the accommodation was made without any angst. It is so nice to have things be done easily.
