Summary: First time visit to Richmond area. It's near two main thorough fares so you can get to stores and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. There's a Tesla Supercharger area at White Oak Village shopping area if you need to charge your EV. Please note housekeeping isn't done daily. Fresh towel set available if you request it at the front desk.

Summary: We ended up staying in Richmond an extra night because of flight delays. We really appreciated how quickly the shuttle came for us and was able to get us back to the airport the next morning. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. A great place to stay for a last-minute schedule change.

Summary: I read reviews before I booked at this hotel even though it was a last minute booking due to an airport delay. The reviews mentioned that the staff was so great and I agree. From my first phone call inquiring about their airport shuttle, to the shuttle pickup, drop off the next morning and the folks at the front desk --everybody was so great! I only got one name, Michelle, but I wanted to make sure she was recognized. They were so caring and even asked about our well-being after we got caught in the rain! Bonus: It's a great location next to walkable restaurants.
