Positive: It was a family emergency. So when I arrived to town it was late and to my surprise I was able to book a room while I sat in the driveway . My special needs brother and I were very pleased with everything and the food in the morning was wonderful as usual. I have back issues and the bed was firm and comfortable with enough pillows to replace the sleep aids i forgot to bring.

Negative: Maybe because I checked in about 130 am instead of having to check out at 11am give me until 1pm at least 12 pm. I could have got an extra hours rest for the turnaround drive to Arizona. Sadly, I needed to pickup family to assist with funeral arrangements for my Mom.

Summary: Thank you for the comfort in such an emergency

Positive: I liked the fact they offer breakfast in the morning. The 11am checkout is nice

Negative: I reserved a king suite and the room got switched to a double queen bed We made it work but it would have been nice to get what I had originally reserved.
