Summary: Amazing stay!!! As a solo traveler for my 45th Vestal Highschool reunion my stay was perfect. I did not have any issues with my stay or the room. The staff was utmost friendly and caring. My room was in spotless throughout my stay. The morning breakfast was impressive. Not a plain continental breakfast but a full breakfast buffet menu. The best!! Thank you, When I'm back intown I will stay at the Holiday Inn Express.

Summary: Came in for a funeral and it was a good location, clean, had a nice continental breakfast, beds were comfy.

Summary: We were in an accessible room although did not request one. However, the shower/tub would have been difficult for someone with accessibility issues to use. The shower curtain was either defective or hung incorrectly and ineffective, the shower head was detachable but again would have been difficult for some to handle and the toilet was not at chair height. There was a wall thermostat but it did not control the standard below the window cooling/ heating unit which was very noisy. The thermostat did not appear to be connected at all? The room was a nice size. The room was also quiet.

Summary: We had a great stay, the staff were extremely helpful. The complementary breakfast each morning was delicious with a lot of variety. The beds were comfortable. The only complaints we had was the extremely loud screaming child that sounded like they were right outside our door ( which was not the hotels fault , but maybe a little more soundproofing could help) and the pillows were flat. Other than that our stay was great. The room was very clean as was the bathroom. We would absolutely stay again.

Summary: The fresh coffee/tea/hot chocolate throughout the day was an excellent perk of staying here! My only complaint is the bathroom had a shower area which did not stop water from flowing to the floor area. It may have been a wheelchair accessible room. However, I did not need that accommodation and found it messy to have the water flow out of the shower area. It was only a two night stay so I didn't bother asking for a room change. Otherwise, it was a great stay - clean, comfortable, friendly folks, got a late checkout on request, free breakfast.
