Summary: To start it took nearly a hour to check into my room, they have a new system and it was giving them trouble. There were probably about a dozen other people waiting to check in for the same reason. They had to copy my credit card (makes me a bit nervous, but they said it was destroyed after they logged it for incidental charges) and never did give me a room key the entire trip. However, by the time they did get around to checking me in, they decided to give me a free upgrade to a jacuzzi suite for my trouble. They also said I could take any drink/ snack from their store but I declined as I already had dinner. The room was great! Lots of space, clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi was pretty big too and can get very hot. In the morning the breakfast was the usual holiday inn express spread; omletes, potatoes, sausage, biscuts and gravy, pancakes,... ect, and it was all tasty. The staff the whole trip was super friendly and apologetic about the wait times/ not being able to give me a key.

Summary: We had an awesome time at the Holiday Inn Express Saginaw, Michigan.The people were friendly and helpful are room was really nice. We had a great time in the pool and loved the hours it was open and closed. I would stay there again and bring my family and friends.

Summary: In general, Holiday inn is my favorite. This one doesn't disappoint me. The breakfast is great as usual! Parking is easy, room is clean and comfy. A couple of minor issues: check-in waiting time is long and midnight noise from the room above us.

Summary: Pool area was very hot and humid! Another family in the pool opened the two doors and windows in there to circulate air, staff came in and closed them!! We are all now sick with stuffy nose and cough!!!

Summary: Took extra long to check in due to no one checking people out Our stay in July was much better than this one Breakfast was disappointing compared to last visit most hot items were empty Shower door when you closed it slowly started creeping open had to on numerous occasions close the door, which was annoying so something is out of alignment My husband left the room at 10:10 came to come back in and his card was deactivated. Luckily I was in the room and could let them in. I then checked my key and mine was deactivated as well. I thought checkout was 11 AM.
