Negative: Floors were a little dirty, windows a little dirty. Bathroom needed stocked with toilet paper.

Summary: It was a decent stay, no deal breakers. My family and I had a great time there.

Positive: The staff did a great job at trying to make the best of their situation. Kind and accommodating.

Negative: The room was very small, and shabby for the price. The renovations were poorly done, the bathroom was poorly cleaned. The pool ramp is broken, and also poorly refurbished. The ramp itself made the entire area less safe, and made only 1 safe access across the room with it's inefficient design. Breakfast was a disaster. Only 2 fresh fruit options (bananas and oranges, both not the freshest looking), a bottle of apple juice, powered eggs and canned sausage gravy with pre packaged cinnamon rolls is far from a healthy or balanced anything, let alone breakfast. Again, for the price paid per night, and very misleading prior reviews, this hotel is not worth it. Very little amenities that actually meet minimal standards.

Summary: Overpriced, lackluster rooms with very kind staff who are simply doing their best.

Negative: Room was not what I listed for two standard beds and I got a king bed, The front desk was informed and basically that what you get for booking thru you guys. Not happy

Positive: The breakfast was very good, breakfast area was clean & well supplied.

Negative: The carpeting leading to the elevator was usually rather dirty, almost like limestone dust on wet shoes. No fault of the desk attendant, she really tried to help, but I was successfully able to get into my room once. After that my key wouldn't work, even after trying to rekey it 3 times. Eventually the desk attendant checked for the operation herself and also had a hard time gaining entry. Eventually I was given another room after I had already put my clothes & other items in for a 3 day stay. The new room was across the hall, so no biggy to move items, but when I opened that door I was greeted with the cleaning cart, vacuum and a very bleached bathroom floor.
