Summary: At check in the young lady had no customer service. Did not ask how we were, can I help you or much besides, checking in? After checking my id and credit card she handed me keys and said parkingisoutfrontelevatortoleftbeeakfastat6 as it was one word and disappeared to the back before I could even ask her a question. Toilet was broken and we were told they would submit a maintenance request but they never showed up. Lock on door was not working. Description of room says 2 queen beds but they are barely a full. Breakfast was good. Safe area but would recommend the Hampton inn next door as they always have gone above and beyond. Only stayed here as Hampton was full and now we can see why they still had rooms and most hotels were full because college move in weekend.
