Positive: The location was great. Easy to find. The room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Negative: When I booked my room I had 2 queen beds and a sitting area with a couch. I requested a room on the bottom floor due to back and hip issues. When I checked in my room only had the 2 beds and NO sitting area. The lady at the front desk was VERY hateful and rude when I asked about the sitting area. She said they had moved me to the bottom floor per my request and I never had a sitting area. I told her I did when I booked because I needed the couch for one of my grandchildren. She said they were sold out and couldn't accommodate both my request for bottom floor and sitting area. Told me to choose then said again they were sold out. So I had no option but to take the room on the bottom floor. She then wanted to charge me $12.00 for a cot. My grandson had to sleep on the floor! I didn't appreciate booking one thing and being charged for it and then being given something less than I paid for. I won't be staying there again. Also the breakfast was horrible. Eggs were hard, sausage extremely greasy and the pancakes were not done. You could see uncooked batter. The gravy was way too thick and greasy too. We tried to eat but it was so terrible we threw it away.

Summary: Staff at front desk was rude and the breakfast was AWFUL. Room was clean and comfortable.
