Positive: Very modern and pleasing.

Negative: At breakfast the ground floor was very busy and there was one person topping up supplies and collecting dirty/used plates. There were stacks of dirty/used plates on tables that were not being taken away so as to free up tables. There were people waiting to be seated but couldn’t. Others were even cleaning tables so that they could sit down and have breakfast. Eventually someone on from the reception desk came to help.

Positive: Convenient location for airport. Can be accessed via bus from central Bilbao. Shuttle service provided was excellent - every 10 minutes and didn't seem busy - we were able to jump in the minibus instantly and were taken straight away. Breakfast included as is standars for Holiday Inn. Perfectly fine for a one night stay either before or after a flight.

Negative: Hotel rooms slightly dated and tiling of bathroom/shower area suffering a bit from this e.g. grout in between tiles darkening. However, it was still clean, these are just signs of wear and tear.

Positive: Very convenient for 1-2 nights before your flight. Free shuttle is a bonus!! Every 10 minutes from the hotel to the airport and every 15/45 min from airport. From the airport 30 min by bus to downtown. Super value for money. Recommend
