Positive: A fantastic location just off the funicular and near the airport. Beautiful surroundings and nicely secluded. Maria was a phenomenal host. We couldn't have asked for more.

Positive: From start to finish the Host was excellent very helpful and outgoing always checking in to see if we needed anything organised Taxis etc she gave us a “metro “ticket for our group to use which gave us a huge discount in on public transport 70-80 ish %. Location was good. 10 minute walk to the cable car that take you down into the city in 3 minutes and only a few more minutes to the look out point. The kitchen had everything you need to entertain/ feed you during your stay. We used the BBq area 2 of our 3 nights. The area around you is Very relaxed and secluded. We had no interruption’s from others All round a great option for a trip especially if a group of friends who just want to relax and have a few beers and spend time together .

Negative: Nothing to complain about from me or my other travelling party

Positive: This property was more beautiful in real life, with gorgeous green views. Maria met us at the property and even drove us to the supermarket as we were without a car. She helped us organise early transfers back to the airport too. The kitchen and bbq were easy to use and well stocked. We had everything we needed and more. It was easy to walk to the viewing point and funicular to the city as well.

Negative: The hot water was a little temperamental and there is a steep hill to exit the property but we didn’t mind!

Positive: We were 2 families - 7 people in total, including 3 little children, and stayed at the house for 2 nights. The house, which is huge in size, had many rooms so we could split among them. The house had everything imagineable - good WIFI, streaming TV, fully equipped kitchen, large dining table for all of us, heating, hot water, washing machine, games for the adults and children, coloring books, big nice garden and much more to make our stay comfortable. Maria waited for us and explained in detail how to use the various equipment. She was very responsive to our questions and gave us a good feeling of being welcomed. The house is located a minute or two drive from the funicular which was a convenient, quick and inexpensive way (using the Barik card) to get to Bilbau. Bilbau is not very friendly to cars so this is a very good alternative for visitors arriving by car. We always found free parking space near the funicular. Overall - Excellent!

Positive: We stayed at Caerio Urikosolo and absolutely loved it. The house is really beautiful and fulfilled all of our needs and wished. Its location with the surrounding mountains is also breathtaking. Maria, the owner of the house, is such a wonderful and welcoming host. She was always available if we had any questions and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Thank you so much. We would definitely recommend staying at this house if you're thinking about visiting Bilbao. We will be back for sure:)

Positive: Great place to spend a long family weekend (far too short :-). Host Maria is great, giving very useful tips and making us feel at home right away. Conveniently located at walking distance from the Artxanda cablecar that brings you down to the centre in a matter of minutes. Nice big garden and a covered terrace with a barbecue, great to hang out in with the whole group ( party of 9). Would love to come back some other time!

Negative: The private road to the house is very steep, something to take into account if you're traveling with older people and you don't have your own wheels.

Summary: Fantastic house, very clean and spacious, with a very friendly and helpful host. Highly recommended!
