Summary: We extended our stay for another couple of days. Talked to Marissa ( general Manager ) and she expedited our reservations in a timely manner.

Summary: Room was not clean when we arrived, but it was late so we let it go. The next day we requested our room to be cleaned . We were gone all day not getting back till 10pm .even though we requested it on one came and cleaned our room or refreshed our towels.

Summary: The hotel is very well maintained and the rooms are very nice. I especially love that they provide both firm and soft pillows - I usually have to bring my own pillow but I don't need to here. My only complaint is the breakfast wasn't great but everything else was a 10.

Summary: Room was dirty, with garbage from previous guest. Trouble moving rooms. Did end being able to move rooms and stayed. Next morning breakfast: no cinnamon rolls, trouble getting things refilled. Stayed 3 times previously but won't be going back.
