Summary: It was a good stay. Staff are generally helpful, breakfast was good. Rooms maybe slightly dated but very clean and generally good. Great view from entrance

Summary: Very tired shabby hotel. Only one lift working which was infuriating . Room smelt of smoke, curtains and windows filthy generally shabby and in need of refresh and a good clean. Breakfast looked uninspiring do ate out.

Summary: Good hotel. Need to sort out the long queues for breakfast. The cupboard under the 'dressing table needs the door hinges sorting out, the window would not close completely and there is a leak top left hand corner of the window. Obviously a nice hotel but starting to look a bit tired

Summary: Staff were very good downstairs on the front desk and the two bars very good. The hotel is old and shows there was only one lift working when we arrived and it sounded dangerous . Second lift was then back on line which was better . Air con in the hotel could not keep up with the hit weather and demand. Carpets in room were stained and the window handles falling off, the hotel needs updating to still deserve the 4 star rating . Staff were very good though had were taking the brunt of the hotel needing a facelift / makeover.

Summary: Our stay was good and the staff very helpful. When booking I scrolled down to a more expensive booking showing twin beds as my sister and I were sharing a room. Upon arrival we were given a room with just a double bed which I could’ve paid less for. The hotel did accommodate us and put a fold up bed in the room. This bed was not as comfortable as the main bed. I feel I was misled by your website as I thought I was booking a twin room.
