The spacious layout was perfect for our group of 14, and the kids loved the recreation room with table tennis and billiards, We spent our mornings hiking in the nearby forest and afternoons relaxing in the infrared sauna, The terrace was our favorite spot for evening barbecues, with the backdrop of nature providing a serene atmosphere, The location is ideal—close to town for dining options, yet secluded enough for a peaceful retreat, Can't recommend it enough for large families!

The outdoor space is really impressive, and we spent a lot of time on the terrace, The sauna was a wonderful addition, and we made good use of it after our adventures, The kids were kept entertained with the table tennis and billiards, We also enjoyed several meals in the charming town center, which was only a short drive away, Definitely a spot we would revisit!

Summary: Leuk weekend gehad in een fijn huis met voetbalteam (35-40 jaar). Veel gebruik gemaakt van poolbiljart, darten en sauna. In de omgeving Durbuy bezocht, was ook leuk in kerstsfeer. Faciliteiten waren prima voor deze prijs.

Summary: We hebben bijna 2 uur gewacht na aankomst om het (in de informatie van Belvilla) aangegeven tijdstip! We moesten zelf contact opnemen en er zou sprake zijn van overmacht. Na een reis buitengewoon vervelend! De accommodatie voldeed niet aan de beschrijving en foto's! Wasmachine en droger waren niet te gebruiken (niet aangesloten). Er waren geen sport/fitness attributen Er waren picknicktafels ipv een tafel met comfortabele stoelen Er waren maar 2 zonnebedden, zonder kussens. Niet echt passend bij een 14 persoons huis. De eigenaar kwam melden dat eerdere gasten een ligbed kapot hadden gemaakt. Hij deed geen poging hier iets aan te doen. Eigenaar was intimiderend en onvriendelijk. De omgeving is mooi, Barveaux en Durbuy zijn dichtbij. In het dorpje zelf is niet zoveel te beleven.

Summary: Zeer vlotte aankomst met de eigenaars die ook ter plaatse waren. Helemaal ok qua accomodatie. Ter plekke rustig gelegen en Durbuy op 5km dus genoeg te doen in de omgeving. Direct naast het huis een andere vakantiewoning maar geen probleem. Rond het huis aan de voorkant parking genoeg, ligt rustig. Het huis zelf is meer dan dit ok, het is vernieuwd en vraagt hier en daar nog wat afwerking maar dat stoort niet. Leuke inrichting, veel accomodatie, keuken zeer voorzien van van alles kortom ideaal. Wij waren in elk geval zeer tevreden. De poolbiljart was ook top ook al is de ruimte klein waar die staat. Sauna ook, darts prima, tuin ok, tafelvoetbal ok Als er al een aandachtspunt zou kunnen zijn dan is het dat de binnenmuren dun zijn en dus alle geluid quasi doorlaat. Maar goed, het is een kwestie dat je dit weet he.

Summary: Leuke vakantiewoning om met de familie te gaan, met een mooie tuin en groot terras. Super vriendelijke buurvrouw die ook voor de sleutel zorgt en de rondleiding in de woning geeft. De negatieve puntjes die wij tijdens ons verblijf ondervonden hebben zijn: de afvoer in de keuken zat verstopt en sommige glazen waren niet zo proper ook. De kamer waar de pooltafel staat is eigenlijk te klein om te poolen. Op mooie zonnige dagen zou het ook fijn zijn dat er meer ligstoelen beschikbaar zijn om in de mooie tuin te liggen ook. De grote eettafel is zeker een pluspunt! En het ruime gevoel in de leefruimte ook. Het huisje is dicht bij Durbuy gelegen, maar toch in een rustige buurt. Wij hebben een leuk weekend gehad in deze woning.
