Summary: it is a very nice hotel. It needs a bit of TLC. walls, coridors and elevators are in need of some paint and repairs. It makes the whole place look a bit tired. Rooms are very nice but quite dark. The gymm is not well equiped. needs some more equipments. matts, a weight bench and some more weights would help

Summary: Great location, we’ll definitely stay here again. Really lovely modern hotel. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Valet service was very good & efficient. Bathroom and bedroom were very spacious but are very dark (black interior). Room was very quiet. The only issue we encountered was that despite it being mid/late May and the town being busy, the Wagyu restaurant and hotel Bar were closed on one of the two nights we were there. It seems a lot of places in Durbuy only open certain days of the week. But there was no mention of this anywhere. Breakfast we felt was very expensive €32 per person per day.

Summary: Staff were very friendly and approachable. We stayed in the annex which was a little dated but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of choices. Had a meal in Brasserie Fred which was delicious and staff were extremely friendly and helpful with translating menus etc. Lovely town and would definitely stay at this hotel again.
