The 2 detached houses and a two-storey house with 2 holiday apartments are located one behind another and slightly offset, with a distance of approx. 10 m between each other. The houses are located just above the fine and extensive beach of Peroulia, in a slight hillside situation.
The simply furnished holiday apartment SPOURGITIS 4 is on the upper floor of the two-storey house, behind the holiday house SPOURGITIS 2 and in a row with the holiday house SPOURGITIS 1. A separate entrance is via an external staircase at the back. The holiday apartment is modestly furnished. The bedroom and the bath are adjoining to the kitchen. From the kitchen you have direct access to the roofed terrace with a wonderful view of the sea and the surrounding landscape up to the opposite coast and the Taygetos mountains.
The extensive sandy beach of Peroulia with sunbeds and parasols is in walking distance and invites you to bath and relax.
The close-by picturesque village Koroni with its port scenery, taverns and cafés make a nice change from the quiet and secluded area around Peroulia. Summary: Die Lage ist umwerfend! Idyllisch im Olivenhain gelegene Fewo mit Meerblick (Frühstücksbalkon!), mitten in der üppigen Natur und nah am Sandstrand. Für geübte Autofahrer und Individualtouristen.

Summary: Nicolaos, the owner, greeted us with his own olive oil and olives :) Apartment is located in olive grove, has a litlle terrace with a beautiful sea view. We woke up every morning with sunrise looking at Messenian Gulf. The apartment is simply furnished, just enough for 2 people, there is everything you need for comfortbale stay. Apartment was clean, kitchen is equipped for basic cooking. The whole area is very tranquil. This is the place where to relax. Beach of Peroulia is only 5 minutes walk and there are many beautifull beaches in Messinia area to explore. Car is needed if exploring the area. We really enjoyed our stay in Spourgitis. Summary: Wir schließen uns den älteren Bewertungen an, es ist eine sehr schöne, ruhige und hügelige Gegend. Das obere Appartment hat eine tolle Aussicht auf das Meer und Koroni, am 2 Balkon in den Olivenhain. Die Küche des Appartments ist gut ausgestattet, es ist alles vorhanden um zu kochen, wenn man mit dem kleinen Herd zurechtkommt. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und das Meer ist ca. 500m entfernt, der lange Sandstrand lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Das Meer ist sauber, es geht etwas länger flach hinein, somit ist es auch für Kinder bestens geeignet. Es gibt 2 Tavernen mit gutem Essen (auch vegetarisch), das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Wir waren zu Fuß und mit dem Green Bus unterwegs, wir hatten kein Auto. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ohne Auto etwas mühsam zu erreichen, aber wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, ist es möglich. Es gibt einen großen Supermarkt in Charokopio (3km) oder einen kleinen Minimarkt in Vounaria (= Berg) ca.2km. Unsere Anreise von Kalamata war mit dem Green Bus. Mit diesem Bus ist es auch möglich Ausflüge zu machen. Der Bus fährt ab Kompi.

Summary: Die Spourgitishäuser sind sehr schön und ruhig gelegen, jeden Sonnabend ist Party im Restaurant am Strand, sonst wird dieser im September nur von wenigen Leuten besucht, es weht nur ein leichter Wind, das Wasser ist warm und der Strand besteht aus Sand. Die Spourgitisgeschwister sind überaus freundliche und zurückhaltende Leute, das Leben in den Orten ist sehr griechisch und angenehm normal. Die deutschen Nachbarn fragten: Sind sie zum ersten mal hier? Nun, sie werden wiederkommen. Viel mehr hat man von ihnen auch nicht mitbekommen. Es ist wahrlich ein schöner Flecken Erde dort und es gibt reineweg gar nichts auzusetzen, herzlichen Dank

Summary: Da wir die obere Wohnung gemietet hatten, war unser Ausblick vom großen Balkon traumhaft. Der Blick geradeaus aufs Meer und nach rechts auf die grüne Landschaft von Messinien ist einfach schön. Sogar die Abendsonne konnten wir genießen, weil vor der Haustür auch ein Balkon vorhanden ist. Der Strand ist sehr gut geeignet, auch für Menschen mit körperlichen Einschränkungen. Das Meer beginnt sehr sanft und langgestreckt. Man kann noch weit draußen stehen. Nur wenige kleine flache Steine findet man wenn man hineingeht. Ein Auto sollte man auf jeden Fall haben. Da der Rückweg von dem Strand zum Haus in der Mittagssonne doch sehr anstrengend ist ( bergauf).

Summary: Die Beschreibung des ruhigen Feriendomizils ist vollkommen zutreffend: Die Lage im Olivenhain ist wunderschön, wie auch die Aussicht vom Balkon, der geräumig und ein schöner Aufenthaltsort ist. Die Einrichtung ist einfach, aber ordentlich. Die Kochmöglichkeit ist sehr beschränkt, aber ich wollte nicht kochen, sondern nur frühstücken. Es gibt in der Taverne am Strand und in Koroni gute griechische Küche. Das Wasser in der Dusche war bei mir höchstens lauwarm, aber zu der Jahreszeit im Juni störte mich das nicht. Ich war sehr gern dort, zumal der nahe gelegene Sandstrand und das saubere Wasser keine Wünsche offen lassen.
