Negative: Toilet waste drain clogged both for the floor and bath tub in the master bed room. Mozek floor not very clean. Suspected wiped using unclean water.

Positive: The room is spacious, one of the bathrooms have a bath tub - although there is a crack on the bath tub. Water bidet hook was also broken - would be nice if it is fixed. There is no fan in the living room - please consider because we may not want to switch on AC all the time. Pool is nice, the apartment also has a private access to the beach. Location is a bit secluded - you have to pass by an abandoned building which is quite scary. Lobby area lights are a bit dim, making the place look so run down.

Negative: Checking in and checking out process was not informed properly. Only received telephone call in the evening from the host, saying to collect keys from the guard house. Guard only gave us an empty envelope with the room number. Host did not mention that keys were inside the room. Checking out procedure also was not advised. I had to call the host/staff to ask. They asked me to wait at the lobby to make payment, didn't mention where to drop off the keys etc. Host contacted me and said to make online payment and hand over the keys to the guard. It could be better planned - regardless of how early I check out.
