Built in 2017, the Eberharter holiday home is centrally located on the outskirts of Zell am Ziller, not far from the famous Mayrhofen. You’ll stay in two semi-detached houses with five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a total of approx. 182 m² of space—all to yourself. The house is modern and comfortably furnished. The first semi-detached house has a large kitchen-living room with enough space for everyone and a bedroom with bathroom en suite on the ground floor. On the upper floor, there are two more bedrooms, a large bathroom with bathtub, and a small reading room with an open gallery. The second semi-detached house has a separate entrance area on the ground floor. This leads to two further bedrooms and a bathroom. On the large sun terrace, you can relax and unwind. There is also a ski room with ski boot heating.

Summary: Schönes Haus in der Nähe des Dorfes. Zell am Ziller ist fussläufig erreichbar. Gut ausgestattet, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Durch die Lage, direkt an der stark befahrenen Zillertal Bundesstrasse ist der Lärmpegel allerdings sehr hoch. Dies betrifft die Zimmer im vorderen Teil des Hauses, zur Strasse hin. Hier können die Fenster wegen dem Lärm zum schlafen nicht geöffnet oder gekippt werden.

Summary: Zell am Ziller ist sehr schön, hier wird sehr viel für Kinder geboten. Man kann Wandern, Baden und vor allem gut essen gehen. Die Menschen sind alle sehr freundlich und es gibt in den Bergen wunderschöne Panoramablicke zu sehen. Es ist zur jeder Jahreszeit eine Reise wert.

Summary: Aankomst we kwamen iets vroeger aan dan gepland. Eigenaar was niet te bereiken op de 2 beschikbare GSM-nummers. Gelukkig kon de broer van de eigenaar ons al binnen laten. De eigenaar is nadien nog langs gekomen. Accomodatie nieuw modern ingericht huis. Ruime slaapkamers met goede matrassen (maar slechte hoofdkussens), nette en ruime badkamers, keuken inrichting behoorlijk, voldoende warm water om iedereen te laten douchen. Vloerverwarming is zelf niet te regelen voor ons was het binnen veel te warm waardoor we vaak de ramen hebben open gezet. We waren niet op de hoogte dat dit twee aparte units waren, waarbij je enkel via de voordeur van het ene naar het andere kon. Tweede unit zijn enkel slaapkamers en badkamers. Met jonge kinderen die vroeger gaan slapen, vonden we dit niet aangenaam. Terras op het zuiden zonder zonnescreens voor de ramen, geen tuin. Grootste ergernis enorm lawaai van de hoofdbaan die op 20m van het huis passeert. Onmogelijk om met de ramen open te slapen in de slaapkamers die aan de kant van de baan liggen, zelfs met de ramen dicht was het zeer lawaaierig. Gordijnen zijn te krap voor de grootte van de ramen en helemaal niet verduisterend. Absoluut geen goede nachtrust. Omgeving vlak bij een Hofer supermarkt, maar deze winkel had een zeer beperkt aanbod. Te voet kan je naar het dorp, maar een wagen is aan te raden.
