The villa stands on a small holiday park with 6 houses and plenty of space for each villa. You have a beautiful view in this holiday home that is ideal for families.
The park is situated in the Parc Naturel Régional Périgord-Limousin, on a terrain of 6 hectares, surrounded by old oaks. The region is known for its space, quiet, rivers, lakes and hilly landscape. It is centrally located between 3 golf courses; Golf de Saint Junien, Golf de la Prèze et Golf de la Porcelaine.
For the children there is a playground and you can swim in the heated swimming pool of 6x12 m (depth of 80-170 cm). There are sun beds to relax and there is a table tennis table, a jeu de boules court and a tennis court for the sporty holidaymaker. Moreover, there is a large field where you can kick a ball around.
Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted

Summary: Wat een prachtig park. Jan en Niké hebben het goed voor elkaar. Het park is zeer ruim van opzet en de huisjes zijn dat ook. Er is in de huisjes voldoende van alles beschikbaar. De douches zijn schoon en ruim en de keuken is goed uitgerust. Ook de standaard BBQ was heerlijk. Bij het zwembad was het heerlijk toeven en ook van de tennisbaan hebben we veelvuldig gebruik gemaakt. Vanaf het park ben je binnen 15 tot 20 auto-minuten bij een heerlijk meer of een mooi stadje. Ook hebben we prachtig kunnen wandelen in de omgeving. In het dorp elke dag vers stokbrood. En ook de supermarkt is nog geen 5 minuten rijden. Fijn ook dat er een pizzeria is voor een avondje lekker makkelijk. Niké stond direct (per Whats-app) klaar om alle vragen te beantwoorden of om te helpen met bijvoorbeeld het reserveren van een leuk restaurantje. En het is geweldig om te zien met hoeveel passie en toewijding Jan het park verzorgd. Kortom; we hebben genoten!

Summary: Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Accommodatie is prima in orde. Zeer ruime villa. De bomen op de oprijlaan zijn nogal dicht begroeid. Het is een zeer heuvelachtige omgeving. Er is weinig toerisme. Reserveren voor restaurants is zeker aan te raden.

Summary: Fijn rustig vakantiepark met prima zwembad en tennisbaan. Huisjes zijn goed ingericht met complete keuken, TV met Nederlandse zenders, horren voor de ramen, ruime woonkamer - fijn voor de minder mooie dagen! Ook airco aanwezig, maar die koelt alleen de woonkamer (helaas niet de slaapkamer aan de voorkant, daar wordt het wel warm) en met veel lawaai en tegen extra kosten. De 2 slaapkamers aan de achterkant blijven doorgaans wel lekker koel. Goede service van de eigenaren, kapotte dingen worden meteen vervangen. Je kunt ook fietsen lenen. Omgeving is vrij rustig, je zit al gauw een uur in de auto om dingen te bekijken (Angouleme, Perigueux, Limoges, Oradour sur Glane). Wel een paar kastelen in de buurt, met beperkte openingstijden. Fijn is dat er een vrij grote supermarkt in het dorp zit. Restaurantjes zijn dun gezaaid in de buurt, gelukkig hebben de huisjes een goede keuken en een vaste BBQ! Tip neem stoelkussens mee voor de tuinstoelen
