Large charming house built in 1850 (Napoleon III) belonging to our family for four generations.
This residence is located in the heart of a large park (6500 m2) with swimming pool and tennis court.
Many shops and restaurants are nearby as we are in a village of seven thousand inhabitants.
Close to many beaches such as Grau de Roi, Grande Motte, Carnon. Without forgetting some tourist cities like Nimes, Montpellier, Arles, Aigues Mortes....
As in old houses, some rooms are communicating, as are certain bathrooms. For more details the owner is at your disposal.
In the garden you can enjoy beautiful terraces, two barbecues, a ping pong table, two bicycles and ample parking.
It is imperative to point out that the swimming pool does not have any safety barrier, the swimming pool being deep the owner declines all responsibility and will request a RC from customers if necessary.
As in certain villages near the Camargue, we have every year at the end of July at the beginning of August, for a week, a Bullfighting and especially Musical Festival which risks disturbing the calm of the village and the house.
