The beautiful and spacious “Villa Era” is located in the urbanization El Roque next to El Cotillo, Fuerteventura, and it is the perfect accommodation for families or big groups that want to spend their holidays together. The house can be rented as a whole or separately, as it is normally divided into 2 separate houses (Villa Era 1 and Villa Era 2) which can be combined by just opening a door. In total, Villa Era consists of 2 living rooms (with one sofa bed each), two fully-equipped kitchens with dishwashers, 5 bedrooms (3 with a queensize bed, 2 with 2 single beds each), as well as 4 bathrooms, and can therefore accommodate 14 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, televisions, a baby cot, a children's bed and a highchair. One of the highlights of the property is its charming outdoor area, where you will find 2 generous pools (one is heated) surrounded by sun loungers, 2 barbecues (one for each house) and a covered terrace with a dining area and a lounge area where you can relax with a glass of wine in the evening. Summary: Pros: the villa was great, 2 great pools and lots of space to relax and enjoy the sun , short bus ride to the more lively place ! owner was awesome and nothing was too much trouble Cons: not a lot in the area unless you walk to el cotillo which was good ,

Summary: We rented both houses as a party of 8. There was plenty of space and having a heated pool was a bonus in April. Recommended!

Summary: Pros: Der Aufenthalt war vom Check in über die Kommunikation Vorort bis zum CheckOut perfekt!! Ausstattung , Lage einfach alles passt hier ! Wir waren nicht das letzte mal hier und ich kann es zu 110% weiterempfehlen Cons: Einzig könnte man an die Türrahmen noch Gummis anbringen damit die Türen nicht so laut knallen
