Summary: EVERYTHING! It had everything we needed for our three day stay. Wish we could have used the pool. Not warm enough yet.

Summary: Ideal location for exploring Meissen, Dresden and the Swiss Saxony area. The property is fabulous with everything you need and more for a relaxing stay and totally exceeds the description given. Our hosts made us feel very welcome and were there if needed without intruding. Overall would highly recommend the property and area for a relaxing holiday.

Summary: OMG this house was fantastic. All the conveniences we could have wanted. Dishwasher, microwave,, frig, washer, drying rack stove and oven, and all different types of coffee makers. Large living room, outside seating, lovely fully fenced yard for our pup to run around in. Quiet neighborhood but easily walkable into town, the grocery and restaurants. And the host was so sweet and kind. I can’t say enough about the property. Between Dresden and Meissen so easy to go to sites.

Summary: The hosts were very nice and the house was amazingly clean. My kids loved playing in the pool. It was an easy drive to check out many of the wonderful sites in the area

Summary: From our (early) arrival until our departure, we loved staying here. The build spec is of the highest standard and the decor within the house is tasteful, spotlessly clean, very sturdy and functional. Seriously, the furnishings, fixtures and fittings are better than ours at home! Although Europe on the whole has been going through a particularly dry few months, the plants in the garden were still looking good and in bloom. The pool was a welcome relief after our days out in the hot sun and we were made to feel welcome to use it whenever we wanted, even if Sybille and Karl were using it, so we used it when we wanted to! The neighbourhood felt very safe and the local people were very friendly and helpful. We have very little German and most of them have a similar amount of English, but somehow we got by! Weinbohla is a small, friendly town with the amenities that you need. We didn’t go to the lido (mainly because of the pool at the house!) but it looked very inviting! Sybille recommended the keulscher-hof restaurant by the church in town, so we walked there (10-15 minutes) and had a delicious meal with friendly service too. Weinbohla is a short drive to Meissen which is definitely worth a visit for at least a day. The surrounding area has beautiful countryside and is a refreshing break from the hustle and bustle of cities. We loved every minute and when we visit the region again, we will stay here.

Summary: When we found this house on the website we enjoyed the house already very much, because of the very beautiful photos. When we arrived in Weinböhla we saw that it was true. The house is situated next, but also separate, to the owner’s house. There is a beautiful garden around the house and inside it is also well and completely designed. Weinböhla is central oriented. It not so far away from the highway. There is a shopping street in Weinböhla and there are several supermarkets. Also you can take the train to for example Dresden. Because we were there just one week in May we have been a lot away. Cities like Dresden, Leipzig, Görlitz and Meissen, but also Poland and Czech are easy to reach. Moritzburg and Königstein are also nice to visite. We didn’t have enough time. We can recommend Sachsen, although it is not yet really known as a touristic area of Germany. There is a lot to do. Summary: My husband and I spent five days in Weinboehla and found the accommodation to be of a very high standard with good size rooms and lovely furnishings. Everything is in walking distance - shops and trains as well as trams to get into Dresden. Cycling is also a joy - we hired bikes at the local bike shop - again in walking distance. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back and stay longer!
