Summary: Het is een mooie schone verzorgde woning. Het zwembad wordt iedere dag schoongemaakt. Als er iets kapot is en je meld het aan de eigenaar wordt het zo snel mogelijk gemaakt. Wat wel jammer is aan het huis is dat er weinig tot geen hangers in de kast hangen en te weinig haakjes om je kleren op te hangen terwijl daar wel ruimte voor is. Je woont echt tussen de locale mensen.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay here. A beautifil cottage, with a spacious family room. The private pool whitch is maintained every morning before You wake Up. The owner is a nice, calm en friendly man. He makes his own wine, gros his vetgetables, fruits. We are terribly spoiled. The family die everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We had bad Lücken with our bus. The owner helped us with everything. Very welcoming, very friendly. We Will definitley come back and highly recommend this stay. Fam Jongkind

Summary: Vriendelijke en behulpzame huiseigenaar. Huis is een oase van rust en heeft diverse heerlijke plekjes. Een heerlijk zwembad, groot terras, beneden in de taverne is het heerlijk vertoeven. Het gehele complex heeft air conditioning. Je kan streekproducten kopen bij de eigenaar. Het is heerlijk rusting en niet toeristisch. Je buren zijn Kroaten. Zwaluwen vliegen over het zwembad en in de avond kan je de vleermuizen zien overvliegen. Een heerlijk huis en fijne buren!

Summary: Zeer hartelijk ontvangen. We kregen op de ochtend van vertrek nog een mailtje van de eigenaar. Toen we aan kwamen stonden er oa. eitjes, zelfgemaakte wijn, fruit en wat lekkers klaar. De eigenaren wonen zelf direct naast de accomodatie en waren erg vriendelijk. Het viel ons op dat het erg schoon was en het rook lekker fris, zwembad werd ook netjes schoon gemaakt om de dag. De bedden waren prima maar wij vonden ze wel aan de kleine kant (vooral als je lang bent). Ander minpuntje was dat er maar een tweepits kookplaatje aanwezig was waar je geen 2 braadpannen tegelijkertijd op kon zetten. In de omgeving zelf was niet heel veel te doen. Het huisje ligt echt in een gehuchtje met een aantal boerderijen bij elkaar. Wij vonden het fantatisch dat we 's ochtends de kalkoenen en de geiten hoorden scharrelen. Het plaatsje Bencovac lag in de buurt maar dat was niet de moeite waard, wel is hier op een kleine 10 min rijden een supermarkt aanwezig. Je hebt wel echt een auto nodig dus. Het was verder een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor tripjes naar Zadar, Split, Plitvice etc. Ook lag er dicht bij een mooie badplaats, Biograd, dit was ongeveer 20 minuten rijden, en je kunt daar goedkoop of gratis parkeren.

Summary: Op de dag van aankomt hadden we al even mailcontact gehad met de eigenaar en die stond ons dus op te wachten! De omgeving is heel rustig en je hebt veel privacy! Natuurlijk valt het heerlijke zwembad als eerste op. Voor het eten kun je het beste naar de kust rijden, daar heb je de meeste keuze. In veel horecagelegenheden in Benkovac kun je namelijk alleen wat drinken en niet eten.

Summary: Nous avons passé deux magnifiques semaines dans un logement plein de charme, au calme et à proximité de tous les axes routiers (5 min. de Benkovac et de l'entrée d'autoroute, 15 min. de Biograd, 20 min. de Zadar et 1h de Split). Le propriétaire est très discret et accueillant (nous avons pu goûter régulièrement des légumes et fruits de son jardin :-) La piscine privative est un réel atout. La maison est entièrement équipée et dispose de tout le nécessaire. A recommander chaleureusement :-)

Summary: Wij kwamen iets vroeger aan dan toegelaten maar dat was voor de eigenaar geen probleem. Zijn jongere broer heeft ons dan de rondgang gegeven van het vakantiehuis. Ons werd eerst verteld door de jongere broer dat we de toiletten onder konden gebruiken aan het zwembad maar enkele uurtjes later was deze deur gesloten met als gevolg steeds naar boven in onze badkamer naar het toilet.We hebben het eerst niet gevonden maar een bezoekje aan een lokale restauranteigenaar die dan zo vriendelijk was om een telefoontje te doen en een kwartiertje later stond de jongere broer aan het lokaal restaurant om ons naar het vakantiehuis te begeleiden. Super. De eerste morgen stond de zon al lekker te bakken aan de hemel en er was geen parasol aanwezig,eigenaar dit even laten weten en de dag erop stond er eentje klaar. Super. De omgeving was zeer rustig, een beetje te rustig voor ons. Zeker een aanrader wie van absolute rust wilt genieten. Wat wel een afknapper was, zondagochtend een felle regen en windbui over het dorp gekregen, met als gevolg van 07.30h tot 14.45h liggen dweilen om het water buiten te houden. Het kwam namelijk onder de ramen,voordeur en via het dak naar binnen. Met als gevolg heel wat kleren en koffers nat geworden. Eigenaar per sms dit laten weten en hij heeft dan een lokale arbeider en zijn jongere broer gestuurd om dit komen vast te stellen. Hulp voor het dweilen hebben we helaas niet gezien. Met al gevolg dat we ook zondag niets konden ondernemen om weg te gaan naar een ander stadje omdat we niet wilden terug keren met het vakantiehuisje onder water. Algemeen besluit zijn we wel tevreden maar we hadden niet verwacht dat we tijdens deze vakantie moesten gaan dweilen.😏
