The freshly modernized, 110sqm large vacation home leaves hardly anything to be desired.
It invites with its 2 beautiful covered sun terraces to make yourself comfortable at will. The smaller terrace is located to the east side, so that you can find a cooler place to relax even at higher temperatures. It is situated on a well-kept lawn, bordered/surrounded by Mediterranean plants. If you like it more sporty, right next to it table tennis table and basketball hoop invite you to a match.

Summary: This is the perfect vacation house. In fact, it is not a vacation house but a fully equipped home. The set up of kitchen (inside or outside the house) being next to the outdoors terrace and next to the pool is fantastic. Pool has a great size and the outdoors shower even has warm water which is actually lovely. Laundry room, ping pong table, etc. We enjoyed it all. Another great plus is that the town of Cala Ratjada and it's 1st white sand beach is a just 10min walking distance along the quiet coastal boulevard. Fantastic house and location. Thank you.
