Positive: The property is large and spacious with plenty of room to park. The bathroom is modern with a powerful shower and all the facilities needed, hair dryer, towels etc. The lockbox instructions are straight forward and the lockbox is modern and secure. The kitchen is small but the appliances are modern. There is a nice contrast of old and traditional furniture with modern and refurbed bathroom/kitchen etc. The beds are super comfortable and decent sized doubles in each room.

Negative: After multiple messages weeks in advance and calls on the day the host company were not available to share the actual address of the property. All we had was the post code of the local area. If it wasn't for a very kind local in a bar we wouldn't have been able to find the property. Thankfully we landed in the day time because this was stressful enough without it being night time and everything being closed.

Summary: Great house but make sure the hosts give you the right address before you land. Poor communication.

Positive: Large comfortable rooms with peaceful location within reach of a small shop and bakery. Nice bathroom with great shower. Owners turned on heating ahead of our arrival, very welcome.

Negative: Kitchen is a little cramped (and lack of large pans) if you have more than four people.
